Return Process

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
